1. Agreement to Terms

  • By accessing or using the Sun Services & Travels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and anyone who interacts with our services online or offline.

2. Our Services

  • Sun Services & Travels provides travel-related services including flight bookings, train reservations, hotel accommodations, travel packages, visa assistance, and passport services.
  • We act as an agent or facilitator between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, railways, government bodies, etc.).
  • We do not guarantee the availability of any specific flights, trains, hotels, or visa appointments and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service provider.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change until payment is confirmed and tickets/vouchers are issued.
  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made before any booking is finalised.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service, airline, hotel, or tour operator involved.
  • Clients must notify us in writing or via email for any cancellation request.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days depending on the service provider's policy.
  • Our service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or voluntary cancellations after the specified deadline.

5. Travel Documents and Visa

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates.
  • We provide visa assistance and guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval, as decisions rest solely with the issuing authority.
  • Clients are responsible for checking entry requirements, vaccination requirements, and travel advisories for their destination.
  • Sun Services & Travels is not liable for any losses arising from visa rejection, document issues, or denied boarding.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Sun Services & Travels acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, or any events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
  • We strongly recommend clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
  • Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the service in question.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete personal information when making bookings or enquiries.
  • Clients are responsible for arriving at airports, stations, and hotels on time.
  • Clients must comply with all laws, regulations, and customs of the countries they visit.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to client error, misconduct, or negligence are the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Sun Services & Travels.
  • No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from us.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
